Kelsey Glynn has over ten years of experience producing high-quality marketing campaigns and content. She first started her journey in marketing at Arizona State University’s W.P Carey’s School of Business, where she first developed foundational skills being the Homecoming Director and Public Relations Direction of the Undergraduate Student Government. She received her degree in Business Communications with a minor degree in Media Analysis. 

She joined the most well-known respected customer service brand, Nordstrom, and emerged quickly as a leader. She became the Assistant Department Manager of Specialized Services Departments and coached and led a team of 10 sales associates. She continually expanded her marketing skillset by being the lead content creator for the store’s social media platforms. Nordstrom’s culture of making customers feel good, customers’ experiences, and happiness is embedded in all strategies and decision-making Kelsey has created within her career. 

Kelsey has a passion for start-ups and small businesses. In 2015, she joined her first start-up company, Metromile. She first started on the frontline of customer service. She was promoted to manage all customer service online via social media and online reviews and later became the Senior Social Media Manager. Here, she further developed her passion for curating social media content and campaigns and amplifying the company’s goals and mission with users. 

With her drive and grit, in 2018, Kelsey founded her own social media agency, Social Graces AZ LLC. She grew her business to 10 clients with widespread small businesses, from baby products to cannabis companies. She provided a wide range of services to each client, including brand strategy, content creation, blog writing, email campaigns, social media scheduling, influencer, giveaway coordination, paid ads, etc.

The start-up world called her back while starting her agency, and she joined Clearcover, all while maintaining her client’s needs. In 2019, she was promoted to Social Media Manager and took over all organic social media and reputation management needs for the organization. In her time with Clearcover, she has launched highly-engaging campaigns, managed all owned and earned content, and ensured the brand was consistent and cohesive across all media channels. She became the Senior Brand Manager, and has developed the company’s employer branding, influencer marketing programs, managed all public relations efforts and PR agency partnership, and supported announcements of three large funding rounds. She led the Marketing Team in a Rebrand for the organization; the project consisted was six months of identifying a new brand identity and implementing it across all organization channels internally and externally. She is a team leader that challenges others to strategize campaigns and content that delivers on company business goals and supports brand amplification. She has increased KPIs across the board in brand awareness, user impressions, user engagement, conversions to website traffic and clicks, online review ratings, and share of voice. 

Kelsey believes in empowering her teams. She is an effective leader that promotes collaboration within teams and cross-functionally across organizations. Communication is her super-power and usually the organization’s biggest cheerleader. Kelsey has served on Diversity and Inclusion boards or mentorship progams and executes on promoting and advocating an inclusive workplace culture There is no task too small or big for Kelsey to tackle, and she is reliable and trustworthy to follow through on any goal. 

Outside of her professional career, she volunteers as an Advisor to the ASU Sigma Kappa Chapter where she helps women personally grow within their positions in the organization and helps to implement life skills outside of college. She is a mother of two, an avid traveler, and TikToker!
